About B&W Constructors
B&W Constructors and Equipment formed in 2001. The company has roots in the industry dating back to the 1960s. William Weaver, one of the original founders of Rees Weaver, heads the technical staff.
Hayward Weaver, President of B&W, has over 35 years of construction experience. Hayward has been working in plants since the 1970s.
Molly Weaver, Secretary/Treasurer, heads up the administrative end of the company, drawing on over 35 years of accounting and administrative experience throughout the plant operations and construction industries.
B&W’s steel fabricating facility in Boyertown, PA produces custom RAP systems, a unique AC bucket, cold feed systems, bins, conveyors, AC piping and improved air system components for asphalt plants.
B&W is an experienced company that is fortunate to include seasoned professionals with over 50 years of industry experience. Industry experience extends to all team members, B&W is proud of their highly skilled Welders, Mechanics and Millwrights.
