After completion, the quarry retained B&W for ongoing Preventative Maintenance and plant improvements.
After the move, productivity increased 8% and downtime was down by 22%. The overall increase in productivity and lost time increased customer satisfaction and generated enough extra revenue to cover the cost of the move in 9 months.
